3.3 Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. While we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

3.4 Our products include, but are not limited to, commemorative coins and bullion bars made from various precious metals. This includes pure gold (e.g., 24k / .9999 fine), gold alloys (e.g., 22k, 18k), pure silver (e.g., .999 fine), and silver compounds (e.g., Sterling Silver .925). 4. Orders and Payments

4.1 By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed on our website at checkout.

5. Delivery

5.1 We will make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Crown and Bullion is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or other third parties.

5.3 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5.4 International Shipments: The customer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that may be incurred. We are not responsible for any items seized or delayed by customs.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale Policy

6.1 Due to the volatile nature of the precious metals market, all sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund.

6.2 Exception for Defective or Incorrect Products: If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us at admin@crownandbullion.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. You must provide your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photographic evidence of the issue.

6.3 We will inspect the claim and, if deemed valid, we will provide instructions for the return. Any product returned must be in its original, unopened, and untampered packaging.

6.4 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and validate the returned product.
